Neil has over thirty years’ experience working in fixed income markets with Credit Lyonnais and following the merger of the two entities in 2004, with Credit Agricole. Primary responsibility was for the management of the Balance sheet and the liquidity profile of the Group, progressing from Regional head for Asiabased in Hong Kong, to Global Head centred in London. One key responsibility, established in 2012 by the UK Financial Conduct Authority, was for the oversight of Credit Agricole’s daily LIBOR submission (CF40) and to act as the main intermediary for both the Regulator and Administrator in regard to the Benchmark fixing and it’s necessary evolution.
